Alongside my counselling practice, I have spent many years working in leadership and development roles within the heritage and museum sector.
Throughout my career I’ve been interested in how people cope with pressure, change and uncertainty in their lives. Working with individuals, teams and communities has shown me how important it is for people to feel heard, understood and supported, particularly during difficult times.
This experience led me to train as a counsellor. I wanted to create a space where people could step away from the demands of everyday life and speak openly about what they are going through.
